30-Day Return Policy

At Maxximum Toys, we take pride in the quality and condition of the collectible toys we sell. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, but only under the following conditions:

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or arrive damaged.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or opened packaging where no defect is present.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos of the defect or damage

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions if the return is approved.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage or defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the entire order was defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • “Blind box” or “mystery” toy items opened by the buyer

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
